Club Structure

City SC Southwest is powered through a collaborative effort between our executive directors, directors of coaching, full time administrative team, a diverse and experienced coaching staff and our volunteer board of directors. Our team brings a wealth of professional experience from around the globe to provide a full service soccer experience for our players and their families.

DIRECTORS OF COACHING

Our Directors of Coaching work closely with our executive directors and technical director to oversee all soccer operations and implementation of club curriculum, philosophy and methodology. They play an integral role in facilitating the individual player development and team formation process and serve as a resource and liaison between players, parents, coaches, staff and executive leadership.

DIRECTOR OF RECREATION

Our Director of Recreation oversees all aspects of the recreational program, most importantly, working with our 100% volunteer coaching staff to ensure all volunteers are fully equipped to teach foundational skills and help instill a lifelong passion for the game in every player.  The City SC Recreational program is the foundation of our club serving over 2000 recreational players in Lake Elsinore, Menifee, and surrounding communities in the Valley. It is where many of our competitive players get their start before progressing to the next level.

ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

City SC may be a large club, but we have always prided ourselves on maintaining a sense of community and family atmosphere, largely made possible by a full time administrative staff.  Our staff facilitate all day-to-day administrative club operations and serve as a valuable resource and support service for all of our City SC families, coaches and volunteers.
